How to Measure Your Hand for the Perfect Glove Fit
Finding the right glove size is essential for comfort and functionality. Here's a simple guide to measure your hand correctly:
- Hand Circumference:
- Lay your dominant hand flat, palm up, without stretching your fingers.
- Use a flexible tape measure.
- Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hand, just below the knuckles, excluding the thumb—this is your 'hand circumference'.
- Wrap the tape measure from the crook of the thumb around the outer edge of the palm.
- Hand Length:
- Measure from the tip of your longest finger to the base of your palm, right where the wrist begins—this is your 'hand length'.
- Keep the measure straight and snug, not tight.
- Sizing Chart:
- Refer to the glove sizing chart. Match your measurements to the closest size. If your measurements are between sizes, choose the larger size.
- Note that sizing may vary slightly from style to style, depending on the insulation level of the gloves.
Size Ranges:
- Small: For a 'Cycle Length' (hand circumference) of 7.5"-8" (19.5-20.5CM) and 'Length' of 7.5"-8" (19.5-20.5CM).
- Medium: If you measure a 'Cycle Length' of 8.5" (21-22CM) and 'Length' of 8"-8.3" (20.5-21CM).
- Large: A 'Cycle Length' of 9"-9.5" (22.5-24CM) and 'Length' of 8.3"-8.6" (21-21.5CM).
- X-Large: For those with a 'Cycle Length' of 10"-10.5" (24.5-26CM) and 'Length' of 8.3"-8.6" (21-21.5CM).
Tips:
- Do not tighten the tape measure too much; it should sit comfortably around your hand.
- If you're right-handed, measure your right hand. If you're left-handed, measure your left hand.
- For the most accurate results, have someone help you with the measuring.
By following these steps, you can easily determine your glove size and ensure your next pair of gloves will fit just right, providing the maximum comfort and protection against the elements.

These gloves are solid winter gear, providing warmth and functionality even without the heating feature. The heating is a nice addition, especially for those less accustomed to winter conditions. So far, I've only needed the lowest setting as they retain heat well.
They surprisingly held up against water; I spent hours outdoors in wet conditions without my hands getting damp. The dual drawstrings on the wrist likely contribute to this, positioned on either side of the battery. While the battery adds a bit of weight and makes the gloves longer, I stopped noticing after wearing them for a few minutes.
It feels like I've been buying gloves every winter for as long as I can remember, and they never seem to keep my hands warm. That is, until I found these gloves. These Arcfomor gloves are the first pair I've ever owned that actually keep my hands and fingers warm. I only wish I had discovered them sooner. I use these gloves for about an hour every evening during my neighborhood jog and during my drive to the office. I charge them overnight once during the week, and the battery lasts the entire week on the highest setting, keeping my hands perfectly warm in 25-degree weather. INCREDIBLE!
I needed a reliable pair of gloves for extended outdoor activities and have always wanted heated gloves, so I decided to try these. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars, so I took a chance on these, and it turned out to be a great decision. Each glove has its own battery stored in a compartment; you can feel the weight, but it's not bothersome. I usually start on high and then switch to the medium setting. The batteries stay charged as expected, and the charger can charge both batteries simultaneously. The gloves seem well-constructed, and I'm hopeful they will last for several years. I used them this morning to clear snow off the sidewalk after a fresh snowfall. It was 20 degrees, but my hands stayed nice and warm.
After reading reviews, I was a bit unsure about sizing. I ended up ordering a medium. Although my hands are on the smaller side, I chose medium so that the gloves could be worn by either myself or my husband, who has larger hands. Surprisingly, they fit him nicely. They are slightly big on me, but still comfortable to wear. The gloves are beautifully designed and highly functional. They come with a charger and a battery for each glove. Once the batteries are charged, you connect them to a hidden port in a zippered compartment used for storing the batteries. Then, you simply press the power buttons on each glove. A red light indicates warming, and it turns blue once the gloves reach the desired temperature. After that, you can enjoy warm and toasty hands. Now, my only problem is that my daughter wants a pair in her size... haha!
As someone who runs in temperatures as low as 20 degrees F, these gloves have been a game changer. Before I got them, my fingers would go numb and hurt from the cold, but these gloves have made a huge difference. They come with three different heat settings, so you can adjust the warmth if your hands start getting too hot. I bought a large size, but as a slender adult, I could probably have been fine with a medium. The rechargeable batteries fit into the glove's cuff, and while they do add some weight and bulk to the wrist, it's a minor issue compared to the benefit of having warm hands. I'm very pleased with these gloves.
