All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat).. Please note that our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time (Hong Kong) (Mon-Sat). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Processing time includes verifying your order, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Area, Costs, Time, and Carriers:

All prices and figures are listed in Dollars

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

  2. Delivery Time: 1-10 business days (Mon-Sat).
  3. Cost: Free delivery over $45 Purchase. Additional $5 shipping fee will be charged for purchases under $45.
  4. Carrier: UPS, USPS, and DHL

Order/Shipment Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours (Mon-Sat).

Order Cancellation

Damaged Goods

Change of Address

 Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping address.
