Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. We  accept returns for defective and non-defective products. The product condition should be unused and new.
  2. Return method: in-store
  3. Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days  (Mon-Sat) from the date you received your order.
  4. Condition: The user has the right to return any item in one of the following cases:
    The product arrives damaged and unusable by the seller. Receiving a product that does not match the pictures and specifications listed by the seller. 
  5. Products not eligible for return: A product that matches the specifications stated on the website and has no manufacturing defect. A product that has been used by the buyer in a way that leads to changing its specifications or damaging it partially or completely. In addition, any product from which the serial number has been removed.
  6. Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a return, including:

  • Sale items (unless they are defective or damaged)

Shipping Returns

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We Do not charge Restocking fees.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Refund: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days  (Mon-Sat) for the refund.
  • You have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value happens due to the return transit of the goods.
