Gloves warm up very quickly and have 3 heat settings. It only heats the back of your hands. The battery is larger than I thought it would be but does not interfere with comfort or performance.
Customer service was polite, professional, and helpful. The package took two weeks longer to arrive than what was estimated on their website. The tracking number we were given was incorrect and showed that our gloves were delivered in another state. Thankfully, that was not the case. Arcfomor was willing to reimburse if they had not arrived.
I would buy a 2nd pair if I saw these for sale at a store in the US.
